Celine is a Brooklyn-based graphic designer with 8 years of experience in information design, branding, and publications. She’s currently the Visual Communications Manager at the National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO) where she develops and maintains the org’s brand and works with urban planners on staff to visualize complex policy and street design concepts. She’s passionate about design and branding for progressive public sector initiatives and making information accessible to the public through fun, easy-to-read visuals.

Outside her computer screen, Celine enjoys making ceramics, plays a handful of songs on the banjo, and is aggressively devoted to doing all her sketching, scheduling, and project managing on paper. She holds a B.F.A and a B.A. from the Brown | RISD Dual Degree Program.
